This jalapeño burger sauce has more flavour than heat. We use pickled jalapeños from a jar, which keeps it fresh, tangy, and nicely mild rather than fiery hot.

This spicy burger sauce doesn’t just have to be on burgers. You can also use it as a sauce to dip your fries in. Just make extra and put a jar in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 6 slices of pickled jalapeno
- 200 grams of mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Half a pickle
- 1/4 tsp garlic granulate
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

- Finely chop the jalapeno and pickle and mix it with the rest of the ingredients. That’s it.
