This chimichurri dry rub brings the classic herb and garlic profile into a simple spice mix. Perfect for steaks, burgers or anything that hits the grill.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp dried oregano
- 3 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp dried coriander
- 2 tbsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp pimenton (smoked paprika)
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
