A fatty snack needs a simple, fresh sauce. This sour cream dip sauce is exactly what you are looking for. With a few ingredients that you can adjust to your taste, you can make something delicious.
Making the dip is too easy. Put everything in a bowl and stir. Do this at least 2 hours in advance so that all flavors can combine well. We made this dip to go with our chickenwings. But you can dip your chips in it as well.
- 250 grams of sour cream
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp pimenton (smoked paprika powder)
- 1/2 tsp garlic granulate
- little tabasco
- salt to taste
- Mix it all together, stir well and let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours before use
